CITY OF COON RAPIDS, MINNESOTA 5-601 Application of Chapter 5-100. The provisions of Chapter 5-100 shall apply to the issuance of licenses hereunder. 5-602 License Required. A license shall be required for any person conducting, maintaining, or causing to be conducted, maintained, or operated, a bowling alley. 5-603 Application. In addition to such information as the City Clerk may require pursuant to Section 5-102, the application shall also include: (1) If a firm or corporation, the
name and address of one (1) or more persons designated as the manager or
person in charge. 5-604 License Fee. The license fee shall be established from time to time by ordinance of the City Council. No intoxicating liquors shall be consumed or kept on the licensed premises, unless the licensee has an on-sale liquor license or public drinking place license.
