Public Hearings & Notices

The City’s legal notices are published in its official newspaper, the Coon Rapids Herald.

As a courtesy, many legal notices and other public notices are regularly posted on the City’s website.

Public notices include advertisements for bids, budget summaries, special meeting notices, public hearing notices and ordinance changes.

• Ordinance 2039 Summary - Creating the Riverdale Transit Zoning District - Revising City Code - Published June 18, 2010
• July 6, 2010 - Public Hearing to take public comments on the following grant: Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance Grant Program to be used toward the purchase of public safety equipment.
• July 20, 2010 - Public Hearing to pass upon the proposed 2010 Miscellaneous Assessments for abatement of code violations, securing and monitoring fees for vacant property, mowing of weeds and any other unpaid fees.
