537 109th Avenue is a 1959 story and a half home. This home will demonstrate what a sustainable remodel can look like. Every part of this remodel will focus on re-using products, buying from liquidators, incorporating green and sustainable products like linseed flooring and countertops, recycled paint, dual flush toilets, rain barrels, native plant landscaping, and solar panels. This remodel will also include adding a main level bathroom and building two dormers on the 2nd level of the home.
