Youth First is a partnership of many dedicated individuals from Coon Rapids working together to support families.  Youth First's mission is every Coon Rapids resident will be responsible and support each other so that our youth and community as a whole will flourish.

Meetings are held on the second Thursday each month at 7:30 a.m. during the school year. Bagels, coffee and juice provided. We meet at the Coon Rapids Civic Center on 11155 Robinson Drive, Coon Rapids 55433. This is an opportunity for anyone interested to share ideas and connect with others in the community.

Youth First Events:

Coon Rapids Youth First has a grant and scholarship program for community groups, churches, schools, and individuals.  The program provides grants ($100 - $500) to community and school groups who will promote the mission and goals of the Coon Rapids Youth First Initiative.  The program provides scholarships of up to $250 to youth in grades 4-12 to pursue a special interest, gain or improve a skill or participate in an enriching experience in any field except athletics.  For information or grant and scholarship applications call 763-767-6565 ext. 278.
