Comprehensive Plan
Required by Minnesota law, the City’s comprehensive plan includes goals, policies, and maps related to land use, transportation, parks and open space, housing, and water resources. The plan provides direction for both short and long range implementation programs. The City’s current comprehensive plan was adopted by the City Council in August 2009.
