Kitchen Facility

In addition to two stainless steel prep tables and larger serving counter, our commercial-grade kitchen features a 10-burner gas stove with double oven, convection oven, the requisite microwave oven, double refrigerator, and Hobart dishwasher.

You can choose your own caterer to work in the kitchen facility, however, they must be licensed through the State of Minnesota. Your caterer must provide us with a copy of their license and tour the kitchen at least 2 weeks prior to your event if they haven't yet catered at the Civic Center.

If you plan to serve alcohol at your event, however, you must use one of the Civic Center approved/licensed caterers for both food and alcohol. Read more about food and alcohol vendors.
