License Centers Closing for System Upgrade

The Anoka County License Center in Coon Rapids will be closing for several days to allow for installation of a new system for motor vehicle transactions.

In fact, all license center locations in Anoka County will be closed from November 11-15 to complete a switchover to MNDRIVE, which will replace the problematic MNLARS system.

Normal operations will resume on Monday, November 16. However, due to the pandemic, services will continue to be available by appointment only.
