Congratulations to the winners of the 2021 Holiday Lighting Contest sponsored by the Coon Rapids Arts Commission! 34 entries were received in all. Judging occurred December 10-13 and entrants were selected on the basis of visual appeal, uniqueness, variety, safety and tidiness.
