Aster Apartments, phase three of the Riverdale Station Apartments, celebrated a grand opening this summer with a ribbon cutting. This building joins two other new apartments at Riverdale Station: Nova, a mixed-income building, and Lyra, a market-rate building. Phase four, an affordable senior housing building by Sherman Associates, Inc. is currently in the planning process.
