Coon Rapids is excited to launch Green Homes, a new home energy efficiency incentive program. Coon Rapids wants to help residents reduce their utility bills and increase the energy efficiency of their homes.

Not only does increasing the efficiency of your home help save you money on utilities, it also makes your home more comfortable and durable for the years (and cold winters) to come.

Schedule a visit from the Home Energy Squad - the City of Coon Rapids is offering a 50% discount to the first 100 residents to sign up!

Complete an approved energy improvement project at your home - see a list of approved projects.
Step 3
Save money - fill out the Green Homes rebate form to recoup some of the project cost!
