Let's clean and organize our work spaces! Recycling bins will be placed throughout the building and Pioneer Secure Shred will deliver additional shredding bins.

The Clerk’s Office will be on hand for any questions about records retention. All Departments are asked to fill out Document Destruction Logs and give them to the Clerk’s Office.

Our Latest Safety Champion

The Safety Committee has recognized Steve Belko for his effort to implement safety procedures within the Public Works fleets division.

“Steve is an active advocate for safety at Public Works and in his department. Due to an incident where an air hose fitting broke and hit an oil dispensing gun, Steve takes initiative in turning off the air supply to the oil dispenser guns after every shift to prevent the air hose from turning dispensers on and causing a safety hazard for the department and others who may be in the shop.”

Card Reader Transition Continues

The transition is still underway to update all access pads/card readers throughout City facilities. The process to make all software and hardware changes takes several weeks.

You must continue to carry
BOTH CARDS
until instructed otherwise.

If you experience issues with your new ID badge/key card, please contact your supervisor.
