Kris Niebler asked to have the following message shared with all City staff following her retirement celebration in April.

Dear City Co-Workers,

How do I even begin to thank you for the retirement card, gift and best wishes that I've received this past week?! I have always been proud and honored to be part of the city team, even though I was usually on the receiving end of your services. Like I said at my party, every single department helps the Senior Center in one way or another. Words can't even express how much I have appreciated your knowledge and professionalism over the years. The City has been so generous and supportive of the Senior Center and for that I appreciate each and every one of you...from the bottom of my heart....thank you!
