“Julie was instrumental in identifying the need, recommending and creating an updated emergency action plan. This idea contributed to clarification of resources, process, and expectations to ensure each current and new employee is aware of what to do during an emergency situation contributing to the overall safety of each employee with the City of Coon Rapids. Julie also was instrumental in recommending de-escalation training, which provides each employee with skills to better resolve situations of conflict and handle conflict resolution experiences with more confidence and skill.”
