All staff are invited to shop our annual online store open now through Nov. 14. This is your opportunity to purchase City-branded clothing. The selection this year includes polos, t-shirts, fleece, sweaters and one winter jacket. Note: our vendor, Rebyl Sports, no longer provides samples for sizing.

REMEMBER: The online store closes Nov. 14!

Place an order and make a payment online directly to Rebyl Sports. The clothing will be delivered to City Hall and communications will pass out the orders the first week of December.

Interested in purchasing a Coon Rapids ballcap? Rebyl requires a minimum order of 12 hats to proceed. Please email Jennifer Anderson if you would like to purchase a hat! We will send out product details and pricing in a separate order, if there is enough interest.

Now is the time to make your benefit elections for 2023.

Here are a few helpful resources and reminders:

• You will need to log onto JDE and locate the Employee Self Service(ESS) here.
  
  
• Click on the Open Enrollment button to start the Open Enrollment process on JDE
  
  
• Review important benefit information and videos on the Employee Web by clicking on the “Open Enrollment Quick Launch” link located on the left-hand side of the Employee Webpage. This page will give you detailed information and resources regarding our benefit plans for 2023.
  
  
• If you need help navigating the ESS portal during Open Enrollment, you can locate the enrollment instructions here and on the open enrollment webpage.
  
  
• Benefit Booklets are also available for you if you want to learn more about benefits and rates for 2023.
  
  
• As a reminder, you WILL need to print and sign/date a copy of the Final Confirmation Statement and any Evidence of Insurability (EOI) forms to HR no later than Monday, November 7th, 2022.
  
  
• Healthy Rewards scorecards and health care certification forms are also due November 7^th, 2022.

 
COMPLETE YOUR FORMS TODAY! If you complete your enrollment before end of day on October 31st, 2022, you will be entered into a drawing to win something fun!
