Anoka County Project – Foley Boulevard Reconstruction (Egret to Northdale)

Street Reconstruction Project 17-1 – Neighborhood Streets between Dogwood Street and University Avenue south of Egret Boulevard and north of 101^st Avenue

The Contractor for this project is Park Construction Company. The Contractor's 24-hour emergency contact is Nate at 612-360-9295. For the week of September 4, completion of remaining concrete curb and tri-section work is now anticipated for the phase 3 area (101^st Lane, 102^nd Avenue and Lane, 103^rd Avenue, Butternut Street and Cottonwood Street) on Thursday and Friday. The Contractor also plans to perform asphalt driveway restorations, finish grading of the gravel surface, and topsoil placement and seeding.

Street Reconstruction Project 17-2 – 101st Avenue, 121st Avenue, and Shenandoah Boulevard

During the week of September 4, the Contractor plans to reclaim Shenandoah Boulevard on Tuesday (September 5). Asphalt paving is scheduled for the outside lanes of 101^st Avenue on Tuesday as well. Once Shenandoah Boulevard has been reclaimed to a gravel surface, the Contractor will begin removing excess gravel material in advance of future asphalt paving.

Street Reconstruction Project 17-3 – Local Streets within Burl Oaks Neighborhoods

The Contractor for this project is North Valley. The Contractor's 24-hour emergency contact is Rodney Riemann at 612-328-7536. During the week of September 4, the Contractor will install hand placed curb and gutter on phase 3 area streets (Butternut, Cottonwood, Dogwood, Flintwood, Ilex, Holly, Juniper, Kumquat, and Larch Streets – streets adjacent to 121^st Avenue, as well as 123^rd Avenue east of Foley Boulevard) on Tuesday and Wednesday. Machine placed curb is planned for these same streets on Thursday.

Temporary mailboxes will be installed where needed for phase 3 area streets on Tuesday. Properties that require temporary mailboxes will be notified in advance.

Street Reconstruction Project 17-4 – Various Local Streets throughout Coon Rapids

The Contractor for this project is North Valley. The Contractor's 24-hour emergency contact is Rodney Riemann at 612-328-7536. For the week of September 4, curb and tri-section installations are anticipated to continue on the phase 3 area (126^th Avenue, 127^th Avenue, 127^th Lane, Juniper Street, and Holly Street). The Contractor will continue to grade the streets in advance of future paving. Some driveway restorations (concrete or asphalt) may also take place.
