Street Reconstruction Project 18-1 – 4.7 miles of residential streets on the east and west sides of Foley Boulevard, from near Highway 10 to south of Northdale Boulevard

The Contractor for this project is North Valley, Inc. The Contractor's 24-hour emergency contacts are Herb Thielbar at 612-716-4214 and Jeff Wunderlich at 612-282-5039. Please note: the Contractor plans to perform miscellaneous concrete curb and driveway work on streets within Area 4 (streets located generally north of Egret Boulevard and east of Foley Boulevard) on Saturday, July 21. This work is scheduled to take place between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.

During the week of July 23, the Contractor plans to pave the streets within Area 3 (streets west of Foley Boulevard). Hydrant and valve replacements will continue on certain streets within Area 4 (streets located generally north of Egret Boulevard and east of Foley Boulevard). Ongoing curb, driveway, and irrigation restorations will also continue on streets within Area 4 currently under construction.

Street Reconstruction Project 18-2 – 4 miles of residential streets south of Coon Rapids Boulevard near Round Lake Boulevard and streets between Northdale Boulevard and Crooked Lake Boulevard

The Contractor for this project is Northwest Asphalt, Inc. The Contractor's 24-hour emergency contacts are John Lenarz at 952-220-0684 and John Hamers at 952-292-8470. During the week of July 23, the Contractor plans to pave streets within Area 2 (118^thLane, 119^th Avenue, 119^th Lane, 120^th Avenue, 121^st Avenue, Eidelweiss Street, and Jonquil Street). Saw cutting existing curb and concrete is scheduled for a segment of the Coon Rapids Boulevard Service Road located east of Crooked Lake Boulevard that’s also planned for reconstruction along with streets in Area 3. Additionally, the Contractor plans to begin concrete saw cut and removal work on streets within Area 3 (Pheasant Ridge Drive, 114^th Lane, 115^th Avenue, Silverod Street, and Undercliff Street).

Egret Boulevard Watermain Reconstruction Project 18-7 – Watermain replacement along Egret Boulevard from Coon Rapids Boulevard Service Road to 99^th Avenue

The Contractor for this project is Dave Perkins Contracting, Inc. The Contractor's 24-hour emergency contacts are Rene Perkins at 612-363-6459 and John Acman at 320-224-0048. Installation of the new watermain pipe and services has been completed. The Contractor is testing the new watermain on July 20, and anticipates performing final water service connections to homes during the week of July 23. Pavement and curb restorations of Egret Boulevard are planned for next week. This project is scheduled to be complete by August 3.

Anoka County Project – Hanson Boulevard (CSAH 78) Railroad Bridge Overpass

Hanson Boulevard is a County road in Coon Rapids (north of Coon Rapids Boulevard). The County’s Contractor for this project is C.S McCrossan. Harry Grams is the County’s Construction Supervisor, and can be contacted at 763-862-4250.
