Street Reconstruction Project 19-1 – 4 miles of residential streetsThe Contractor for this project is North Valley, Inc. Work during the week of July 29 includes final manhole casting and valve adjustments within Area 2 (Partridge Street, Raven Street, 123rd Lane, and 124th Avenue) in advance of final asphalt wear course paving. Hydrant and valve replacements, as well as completion of concrete curb removals, will take place in the first portion of the last project phase (streets south of and including 131st Avenue).

Street Reconstruction Project 19-2 – 2.3 miles of MSA streets (Foley Boulevard from 115th Avenue to 124th Avenue, Wedgewood Drive from Main Street to Round Lake Boulevard, Olive Street from 121st Avenue to Main Street) The Contractor for this project is Park Construction. Rene Garcia (612-360-4707) with Park Construction is the Contractor point of contact for watermain pipe replacements. On Olive Street, work during the week of July 29 will include grading and aggregate base construction from 121st Avenue to 123rd Avenue, and completion of watermain construction from 123rd Avenue to Main Street. Curb and gutter installations on Olive Street are expected by the end of the week from 121st Avenue to 123rd Avenue.
Completion of remaining watermain valve and fitting replacements will take place on Foley Boulevard next week. Work on boulevard restorations, final grading, and curb installations will take place on the west side of Foley Boulevard. It's anticipated work will shift to the east side of Foley Boulevard by mid-August.

Street Reconstruction Project 19-3 – 3.3 miles of residential streets The Contractor for this project is Douglas-Kerr Underground, Inc. Work during the week of July 29 includes completion of irrigation repairs in the Phase 1A area (Flintwood Street, Goldenrod Street, 114th Avenue, 116th Avenue, Evergreen Street, Evergreen Circle, and 117th Avenue). Boulevard restorations will also take place in the Phase 1A area, which may include installation of sod. Watermain service connections are expected to be complete in the Phase 1B area (Bridgewater neighborhood consisting of Alder Street, Butternut Street, Cottonwood Street, 116th Avenue, 116th Lane, and 117th Avenue).
On Saturday, July 27, pavement reclamation is expected on Springbrook Drive and Mississippi Boulevard. Work next week includes installation of the temporary watermain system on Mississippi Boulevard. Ancillary hydrant and valve replacements are expected late next week on Springbrook Drive.

Trail Reconstruction Project 19-9 – Erlandson Park Pedestrian Bridge & Dahlia Park Culvert Installation The Contractor for this project is Blackstone Contractors. Work during the week of July 29 includes the removal of the pedestrian bridge in Erlandson Park near 111th Avenue and Avocet Street. Trail access will be closed in this area during construction.
