About the Park
This popular park located on Hanson Boulevard near Highway 10 contains the city's largest play structure. Lion's Coon Creek Park is about 15 acres in size. Lion's Coon Creek Park features trails along Coon Creek, which stretch for several miles.
The park features:
- Basketball court
- Volleyball court
- Large playground featuring rubber surface material, sky tower, rock wall, agility climbers, generation swing and more fun activities.
- Two picnic shelters available for rent; fees apply
- Two picnic shelters that are first come, first serve; no fees apply
- Indoor restrooms with running water
- Lions Club Flower Garden
- Large parking lot at north end of park; another large parking lot at south end of park. Both entrances are off of Hanson Boulevard.
